How it works
Four steps. No mystery.
How a company gets from an AI subscription nobody uses to one that answers like someone who works here. Fast Forward is the first two steps, for 990 €. The other two only happen if the first two say they are worth it.
Four piles, in this order.
Every friction we hear lands in exactly one of them, or in none of them: not enough hands, not enough budget, a role nobody filled. Where it lands decides what to do about it, and a good half of what lands here is not something we sell.

The work itself is tangled, or the whole thing stops when one person is away. No tool fixes that, and buying one makes it permanent.

The process is sound, nobody has the thing that does it. Often not an AI thing at all.

Missing context
The tool is there, it just doesn't know your company, and what it would need to know sits in two people's heads. This is where most of it lands.

In Fast ForwardHow the work actually runs. Problems land in one of four piles: broken process, missing tool, missing context, missing agent. In that order, on purpose.

- One structured interview with whoever runs the place. Every friction we hear gets sorted into one of the four piles, or named as none of them, and costed in the hours you declared, while you are still in the room.

- The map: what is actually broken, ranked, with an impact and effort matrix over the tools and agents worth putting in place.

- About two hours of your time, plus a ten-minute form beforehand.

In Fast ForwardWhat your company knows, written down once, ready to drop where your current AI tool can read it.
- What happens
- We turn that interview into your context, and we read what already exists: your site, your org chart, the process notes nobody has opened in a year. Numbers go in as dated markers, never as a live state.
- What you get
- The brain: plain markdown, one page per subject, ready to install wherever your current AI tool can read it.
- What it costs you
- Forty-five minutes, at the handover. That is the last of your time we ask for.

Build

- We build what the map asked for, in the order the map gave. Each milestone is quoted on its own and declares the one number it is meant to move before anyone starts.

- A working thing, and the number to judge it by.

Run
Optional, monthlyYou use it daily, it stays current. We propose the corrections, you approve them: five minutes a month. Yours to export whenever you like.

- Daily use is what keeps context alive: a question that comes back empty, a correction you type into a chat, the same question asked three times. We turn those into proposed edits. You approve them, or you do not.

What you get with Fast Forward.
Fast Forward is not a transformation programme, and two hours will not run one. It lays the base: the work named and ranked, and enough of your company written down that the AI you already pay for stops answering like a stranger.

Day 4, in the handover session
We walk through the report and the actions worth taking first, then open the brain with you: what is in it, where to drop it, and what to ask it on day one. Both are yours at the end of the session. You do not get emailed a file and left to work it out.
The report
What the interview concluded, the use cases ranked on an impact and effort matrix, and the next steps worth taking straight away. Some of them you can do yourself, and it says which.

Two hours and a handful of documents cannot hold everything a company knows. What comes out of Fast Forward is version 1.0: real, usable, and deliberately partial. We would rather write that here than let you find out in week three.
Ask your AI the questions you asked it last week. The answers come back different. That is the whole test, you can run it yourself the day you get it, and it is the only proof worth anything.
It is not complete, not installed on your systems, and not maintained. It starts ageing the day it is written. Filling it out, keeping it true and putting agents on top of it is real work, and it is quoted separately.
Two hours will not hold everything your company knows. They will hold enough to change the answers you get tomorrow.

You needa paid AI subscription: Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT. Without one there is nothing to read the brain, and we would rather say so now than invoice you first.
We needten minutes of form-filling, forty-eight hours ahead. It is also how we find out whether this is going to work.
What it isn't.
- No ROI we made up. One number, the one you declared, with the date you declared it.
- Hours freed are capacity, not savings, until you spend them somewhere else.
- No agents in the entry offer. Agents come after the map, or they solve the wrong thing.
- Some frictions are a headcount or a budget problem. We name those and stop.
- Some of what we recommend, you can do yourself in an afternoon. We'll say so.
